Hello again, everyone! I know I don’t really need to go into long apologies and explanations regarding the comic hiatus and my overall disappearing from social media for several months. We’re all on the same page, right? So as we collectively kick 2020 out the door and hope that 2021 will be a little better, I’d like to give you all an update on the comic.

AstralSounds’ fifth anniversary is coming up on the 6th of January! As much as I’d love for that to be the day that the hiatus ends, I really can’t swing that just yet. However, I do want to celebrate with a livestream while I work on cover art for Chapter 3. I plan to do that on January 6th, starting around noon pst. Keep on eye on my Twitter feed for updates. The following Wednesday (Jan. 13th), I will post the finished cover art. The next Wednesday after that (Jan. 20th) is when I’m hoping to post the first page of the new chapter, but I honestly don’t want to make any promises.

I feel terrible putting AstralSounds on such a long hiatus, half because I hate making you lovely folks wait for an update, and half because I really do love working on this comic! But I know if I forced myself to churn out pages when I’m not ready, I’d make garbage that none of us would be happy with. So I want to thank all of you for your constant patience and support, and wish you a safe and kind 2021. I will see you again soon! With lots more Yunni and Rez to share.
