AstralSounds

Hey everyone! I know it’s been way too long since the last AstralSounds update, but I don’t want anyone to think the comic is dead! I’m absolutely still working on the next page, and it’s about 80% done. The problem is, I still don’t know when it will be ready to post. I’m having to chip away at it maybe an hour at a time, squeezed in between other things that need my attention.

I also want to address the overall sporadic-ness of updates this whole past year or so. I think I’ve been in a bit of denial about how I’m feeling mentally, ever since last Fall. I was recently able to admit to myself that I am experiencing some burnout and struggling a little with my mental health. I don’t want anyone to worry about me, though! And rest assured that I’m not burned out on AstralSounds itself. I’m finding ways to slowly get myself back on my feet, but it may take some time before I can feel comfortable in doing regular updates again.

I just want you all to know that I’m okay, AstralSounds is okay, and as always, I’m so grateful for the support of my readers. I’m so very fortunate to have some of the kindest, funniest, and most enthusiastic people following my work!

In the meantime, please feel free to join the AstralSounds Discord server. It’s a small and friendly community where cute animal photos are frequently shared. It’s also a decent place to keep in touch with me, and questions or just a friendly hello are always welcome!
